Nah, ya think? really? I go to Facebook in the morning and spend about an hour on apps. Then I check in at all the other sites. Yeah, Facebook has moved it's way to the top of my bookmarks, but I still peruse the rest of the internet.

I have a Facebook as well.
Gotten together with a heck of a lot of old friends through it.
It's not going to replace my message boards though.

I think Facebook is the reason message boards are on the decline. Depends on which sites you are talking about and what interests. The basic problem I think with Facebook is the static to noise ratio is very high with FB making it a melting pot of everything which is good for just conversing for everything, not for games IMHO. |
