From the little I know about most of these guys, I've gotta go with Hannibal. The thinkers are the ones that win, not the mindless killing machines =P

From the little I know about most of these guys, I've gotta go with Hannibal. The thinkers are the ones that win, not the mindless killing machines =P Pinhead wasn't a mindless killing machine, although Hannibal Lecter is more plausible being that he was more "human" and could be the guy next door, not some killer out of a satanic Rubic's cube. "Leatherface" could be a realistic killer but he was more of the mindless killer type and probably would have had a short lived killing spree in the real world. Anyway, I'll agree with you and say Hannibal also, due to him being someone that could actually be among us in the "real" world and us not even knowing it. I would have added the wack jobs from "House of a 1000 corpses" and "Devil's Rejects" to the survey. Otis and his family was nuts.

See, never heard about those two =P
But good point on Hannibal... just think, the guy you see at the store may actually be a homicidal cannibal. Suddenly those spices he's buying take on a whole new meaning...

The wack jobs from the "Devil's Rejects" would have been good. That was a great movie, as was Rob Zombie's Halloween.

I voted other. I feel the best bad guys are the ones you could meet on the street. My choice, though many could fall into my definition, is T-Bird from the crow. Though Top Dollar was the main bad guy, T-Bird was the wackjob who carried out, for the most part, the evil deeds and had no conscience. How many insane genius' are running around to really make Hannibal like the guy next door.

I guess Hollywood has ran out of ideas. I guess they'll remake "Casablanca" next.

Yeah, can't they make new movies instead of remakes!

Yeah, can't they make new movies instead of remakes! Why make new movies when something like Freddy or Friday the 13th is so cheap and easy. What costs the studio 2 million to make they earned back 25 fold. Yes Friday the 13th earned over 55 million dollars at the box office. The original was released over 25 years ago, making good sense to release a new version for a new generation. Probably took the writers 2-3 days tops to design the plot (of which there is none) and dialogue. As for making new movies, they do all the time. But, you will see remakes of classics, because someone thinks they can do it better ala The Day The Earth Stood Still to War of the Worlds etc. I havent seen and dont plan on seeing the new Friday the 13th, I saw the first 15 movies and there is nothing in the new one that sparks my interest. I can load the screen caps to see the naked coeds so that would be the only incentive for me.
