Since I woke up today, the insides of my legs near my pelvis have been hurting. It doesn't hurt that much, but it JUST WON'T FRICKIN' STOP!!! which makes it seem like it hurts a lot more.  I already took some ibuprofen, any suggestions on stopping the damn pain? Edit: I just took a warm bath, and that helped. My legs now hurt less, and I can walk! |

I've had back and shoulder pain a ton in the last year, and went to a PT and got trained in a bunch of exercises and stretches to deal with it. They help a lot. I'll bet you could do the same about your legs -- google it if you don't have spare jink for a PT, I guess, and get most of the benefit. |
