You just watch... Someone who really cares about the game is gonna buy out Hasbro's shares and put out a 4th addition...(which mysteriously happens to function in all respects just like 2nd addition).  ;D Actually it will go like this 4th Ed AD&D = 2nd Ed Monopoly  ;D |

I'm still with 2.5e and loving it. I doubt I'll ever go beyond that. Unless there is a revolution in my group. In which case "Vive la Revolution"

Ahh, alas... My career as a DM started back in '88... 2nd Edition was just gaining popularity, and it happens to be the only version I've ever run games for... Oh well, in that sense, you could truly call me a "noob." At least now I don't feel so ancient... |

I think your safe for now. I just had to add that I miss the 80's also. Back when I just had school, no work or things like car payments. That was a bad run on sentence. Wow, speaking of school. English and grammar were my worst subjects.

Hey man, they were my best subjects, and I think you're doin' just fine! I miss the old highschool days too, but mine started in '92. (It would have been '91, but I got held back in 8th grade for getting into too many fights... ) I wasn't always as even-tempered as I am now... (And by that point, I already had 6 years of Kung Fu training under my belt...) I was a school administrator's worst nightmare! ;D |
