Sorry about the delay. I had gotten rather busy, but now I'm back. So here is a quick and easy recipe....... ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Grendor's goulash- the fast version ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Two ( 2 ) tablespoons of veggie oil One ( 1 ) pound of ground "meat" Three ( 3 ) cups uncooked med. egg noodles Two ( 2 ) cups water One ( 1 ) 8-ounce can tomato sauce One ( 1 ) envelope dry onion soup mix -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heat oil in med. pan or skillet. Add meat and brown. Drain meat. Put noodles on meat. Mix remaining items and pour over noodles. DO NOT STIR! Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until noodles are tender( about thirty ( 30 ) minutes ). Stir and eat. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And that should hold you until next time.

Greetings all, Sorry for taking so long getting back to you. However shortly after my last post " about five days after" I had a little accident at work and ended up in a nice restful coma for two years, 1 month and 26 days. I am glad to be awake and back at the site. So coming soon......

OK, this is for you Niemz. -----------------------------------------------------------------
This is a quick and easy recipe cut down from one of my bigger recipes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- spicy meat mini pies -------------------------------------------------------------------------
One (1) pack of pre-made biscuits { ten (10) in pack}
One (1) pound of ground beef
One (1) 15 1/2 ounce can chili beans
One (1) packet of taco seasoning
One (1) cup shredded cheddar
One (1) jar of salsa -------------------------------------------------------------
If you are like me, you have quite a few muffin pans laying around. Well turn a couple over and grease the bottoms. Now take your biscuit dough and make Ten (10) four inch (4 ") circles. Then shape each of your circles onto each of your muffin bumps. Bake at 400 till golden brown.
While it is baking cook taco mix and beef as per directions. Just before your taco mix is done add the chili beans ( DO NOT drain the beans)Cook this mix till hot.
Now it gets complicated........ Fill each biscuit bowl with taco bean mix and top with salsa and cheese. Wait Thirty (30) seconds then eat.

Eh, nothing alcoholic...maybe something kinda geeky. I don't know, like "Elven Mint Tea" or something. lol (My sister and her kids might be coming to visit sometime soon.)

I guess that would qualify as, "Unique." What do you think, Niemz?
